Ad Creative Video Editor (Performance Focused) — Curved Spirit

At Curved Spirit, we don’t just create ads — we create visuals that convert.

We are looking for a high-level Ad Creative Video Editor who understands performance marketing and knows how to turn concepts into scroll-stopping video ads for Meta platforms.

This is not a basic editing role.
You must understand what makes people stop, watch, and buy.

Your Role

You will be responsible for creating high-performing video creatives that drive conversions, not just engagement.

You know how to:

Hook attention in the first 1–3 seconds
Build emotional + visual storytelling
Turn simple footage into powerful ads
What You’ll Do
Create scroll-stopping video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
Develop new creative concepts and angles
Edit product & lifestyle footage into high-converting ads
Produce AI-generated videos using tools like Higgsfield or similar
Add captions, hooks, overlays, and offer messaging
Create multiple variations from one concept for testing
Optimize pacing, transitions, and storytelling for performance
Maintain a premium and consistent brand aesthetic
Format creatives in 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16
Deliver creatives fast and consistently
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with Meta ad creatives (REQUIRED)
Strong understanding of conversion-focused editing
Experience with high-performing ad creatives (REQUIRED)
Experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield or similar)
Skilled in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
Ability to create strong hooks instantly
Understanding of ad psychology, pacing & storytelling
High attention to detail
Fast workflow + ability to meet deadlines
Experience with offer-driven creatives (sales, bundles, etc.)
Bonus Points
Experience in fashion or shapewear brands
Experience with UGC-style ads
Strong understanding of performance marketing frameworks
Ability to test multiple creative angles daily
Experience producing high-volume creatives
