JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based staffing company specializing in data center and mission-critical construction projects, and we’re looking to bring on an experienced recruiter to support our growing company.

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked in temporary staffing, construction recruiting, and direct hire placements, and is already familiar with Zoho CRM/Recruit.

You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for skilled trades and construction-related roles across the United States.

We operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, so we’re looking for someone who can stay organized, adapt quickly, and think outside the box when sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
• Perform initial candidate screenings and qualification calls
• Manage and update candidates inside Zoho Recruit / CRM
• Conduct outreach (email, LinkedIn, SMS) to passive candidates
• Submit qualified candidates for both temporary and direct hire roles
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain organized pipelines and accurate notes in the system
• Follow up with candidates consistently to keep them engaged

Requirements (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in U.S. temporary staffing (construction preferred)
• Experience with direct hire / permanent placement recruiting
• Hands-on experience using Zoho Recruit and/or Zoho CRM
• Strong experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn (Boolean search)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box when sourcing candidates
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and hit daily activity targets
• Reliable internet and work setup

Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience recruiting for electricians, HVAC, low voltage, or skilled trades
• Experience working with U.S.-based staffing agencies
• Familiarity with data center or mission-critical construction
