This is not a beginner role. Please do not waste your time or mine if the above describes you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a UK-based Amazon seller running an online and retail arbitrage FBA business. I am looking for a highly experienced, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
UK marketplace experience is strongly preferred. However, candidates with strong US OA experience and excellent Keepa and SellerAmp SAS knowledge will be considered, provided you can demonstrate you understand the key differences between the US and UK marketplaces (VAT, FBA fee structures, sourcing sites, and Buy Box dynamics).
This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers profitable, well-researched leads.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Sourcing profitable online arbitrage leads from retailers (UK-based sourcing preferred — Argos, B&Q, John Lewis, Tesco, Boots, Wilko, Superdrug, The Range, etc.)
Validating leads using Keepa — Buy Box analysis, sales rank history, price trend evaluation
Checking profitability and ROI in SellerAmp SAS, accounting for FBA fees, VAT, and competition
Flagging gating, IP complaints, and hazmat issues before submitting leads
Creating and optimising Amazon UK listings — titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
Submitting leads via a structured Google Sheet with all required data clearly filled in
REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Amazon arbitrage experience (online or retail)
? UK marketplace experience strongly preferred — strong US OA experience with demonstrable Keepa and SellerAmp SAS knowledge will be considered
? Daily working knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp SAS — you must be able to demonstrate this on Loom
? Strong understanding of Buy Box behaviour and FBA fee structures
? Understanding of UK VAT (20%) and how it affects ROI calculations — or willingness to learn this quickly
? Experience creating and optimising Amazon listings
? Excellent written English
? Reliable internet connection and your own equipment
? Available for consistent part-time hours each week
NICE TO HAVE
Tactical Arbitrage or OAXray
Helium 10 for keyword research
Scan Unlimited or similar retail arbitrage scanning tools
Previous experience sourcing from UK retail sites
HOW TO APPLY
Your message MUST include all of the following — anything missing means I won't review it:
1. The words "KEEPA UK" at the very start of your message
2. A 3–5 minute Loom video walking through how you analyse a product on Keepa (UK or US marketplace — see note above)
3. Short answers to these three questions:
• Where do you set the VAT rate inside SellerAmp SAS, and what do you set it to for a UK VAT-registered seller?
• On Keepa, which graph and timeframe do you use to estimate monthly sales velocity?
• Name three retailers (UK preferred, but US accepted if that is your background) where you have personally sourced profitable arbitrage leads
4. A brief summary of your Amazon arbitrage experience — marketplace(s), how long, and what your daily tasks involved
5. The tools you use daily and your honest proficiency level with each
6. Your expected monthly rate for part-time work, and the hours per week you can commit
If your experience is US-based, please also include a short paragraph explaining what you understand about the key differences between selling on
Shortlisted candidates will be given a paid trial task before any offer is made.
I am looking to build a long-term working relationship, not a quick hire. If that sounds like you, I look forward to hearing from you.
