JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a senior-level customer support agent to join our growing eCommerce brand in the motorcycle accessories space.

This is a full-time role only — we’re looking for someone serious, reliable, and committed. This is not a fit if you’re juggling multiple gigs or treating this as a side job.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer DMs (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Managing and replying to >>Facebook comments
Handling Amazon customer support

Email
support and general inquiries
Managing orders in Shopify (looking up orders, handling returns, refunds, etc.)
Taking ownership of any support-related tasks we assign

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in eCommerce customer support
Strong experience with Shopify (orders, returns, refunds)
Strong written English and clear communication
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Fast response times and attention to detail
Proactive mindset (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
Available full-time and fully focused on this role

Bonus:
You’re a motorcyclist or familiar with motorcycle culture
