Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Grant Research & Writing Specialist to manage the full grant process—from finding opportunities to submitting high-quality applications.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both research and writing, and can work independently to identify strong funding opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Grant Research & Prospecting
Search for grants (U.S.-based foundations, corporate, and government funding)
Evaluate eligibility and alignment with our programs
Build and maintain a list of qualified opportunities

Grant Writing & Applications
Write and submit compelling grant proposals
Customize applications based on funder priorities
Prepare required documents and supporting materials

Tracking & Follow-Up
Track deadlines, submissions, and outcomes
Maintain organized records of all applications
Assist with reporting if grants are awarded
What We’re Looking For
Experience with grant research, grant writing, or proposal writing
Strong written English (clear, persuasive, and professional)
Highly organized and able to manage deadlines independently
Comfortable researching U.S.-based funding sources
Bonus: Experience working with nonprofits or education programs
Compensation
Base Pay: Fixed monthly compensation (based on experience)
Performance Incentives: Bonus for each successful grant awarded
(Example: flat bonus or percentage of grant funds received)
