Social Media Growth Assistant (Fitness )

About the Role

I run an online fitness coaching program, my target audience is men over 30 who want to loss body fat and build their confidence. I specifically help them create the identity shift required to do this

I’m looking for someone who can help grow the Instagram account AND turn followers into leads and booked calls.

This role combines social media growth + DM conversations + lead generation. A big plus would be helping building and maintaining systems on the backend

Your Main Tasks:
Social media content editing and posting
Manage and respond to Instagram DMs
Start conversations with potential clients
Engage with followers (comments, story replies, outreach)
Help grow the account (ideas, posting, improving content performance)
Assist with posting reels, stories, and content
Track leads and conversations in a spreadsheet
Help book calls with qualified leads

Requirements
Experience growing Instagram accounts (not just posting)
Strong written English (natural, conversational)
Understands how to increase engagement and reach
Confident starting conversations in DMs
Organized and reliable
Experience with reels or short-form content

Bonus (Not Required)
Fitness / weight loss knowledge
Lead generation or sales experience
Experience with Canva and google workspace

Hours & Pay
2–4 hours per day (part-time)
$4–$6/hour (depending on experience)
