Facebook Page Support Admin – Hebrew (Remote)

We're a growing Israeli e-commerce beauty brand looking for a Facebook page support admin to manage daily community engagement on our page. You'll be the friendly public face of our brand in the comments and DMs.
What you'll do

Redirect incoming Facebook messages to email when customers haven't already done so themselves (we have an automated response prompting them, but some still need a personal nudge)
Moderate the comments section: hide comments we don't want visible on our page, following our internal guidelines
Respond publicly to comments asking about sizing or other questions we want to answer in the open — in a warm, on-brand voice that other potential customers will see
Engage with positive comments — a simple thank you, an emoji, or a friendly reply to reinforce community goodwill and keep the page feeling active and welcoming

Volume & response time

Respond to all eligible comments and messages within 12 hours of them coming in
Volume will scale as the business grows — this is a role with room to expand

What we're looking for

Native or fluent written Hebrew — this is essential, since all public responses are customer-facing
A warm, friendly tone with strong instinct for on-brand communication
Good judgment on what to hide vs. respond to (we'll provide clear guidelines, but you need the instinct to apply them)
Reliable and consistent — comment moderation is time-sensitive, and a stale page hurts the brand
Comfortable with Facebook's Page management tools (Meta Business Suite or similar)
