Virtual Spotter places skilled Filipino virtual assistants with boutique fitness studios across Australia. We handle the matching, onboarding, and ongoing support so you can focus on doing great work for a client who values you long-term.
About the Role
We're hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a boutique Muay Thai studio in Australia. They need a reliable VA to take ownership of their social media content and video editing. Clear systems and templates are already in place, so once you're trained you'll know exactly what to do each day. The role is just 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling that fits around your other commitments.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Schedule 5 to 6 posts per week (max 2 posts per day) across Instagram and TikTok
Post during optimal Australian times: early morning, lunchtime, and evening (evenings highest priority)
Primary posting days are Monday to Thursday and Sunday
Draft captions that fit brand voice
Slot all content into one of three pillars: Educational, Fun/Relatable, or Core/Community
Submit for owner approval before posting during the initial phase

Video Editing in CapCut (shared account with the client)

Edit short-form vertical video (9:16,) using four provided templates: Educational, Fun/Relatable, Community, and Face-to-Camera
Reels: 30 to 60 seconds
Stories: 15 to 30 seconds
Follow the mandatory video structure: hook in first 3 seconds, core content, call to action in final 3 to 5 seconds
Use the provided hook template library to open every video
Add subtitles, text overlays, and captions where needed
Stick to approved brand filters, avoid heavy effects

Quality Control
Run every video through our checklist before submission: correct duration, strong hook, clear audio, no dead space, captions included, brand consistency maintained.
What We're Looking For

Strong CapCut editing skills (samples required)
Clear written English for casual, punchy captions
Experience scheduling content on Instagram and TikTok
Eye for short-form pacing and scroll-stopping hooks
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, dependable power
Detail-oriented and systems-driven
Long-term mindset, looking for an ongoing client relationship

Nice to Have

Background in, or gym content
Familiarity with brand guideline documents
Prior VA experience with Australian clients
