Responsibilities:

* Verify or set up:

* Legal business structure (LLC / Corporation)
* EIN confirmation
* Create and organize:

* Operating Agreement / Bylaws
* Ensure compliant business address (no high-risk flags)

Set up:

* Business phone number (properly listed)
* Domain-based business email
* Ensure consistency of business information (NAP: Name, Address, Phone)

**Deliverables:**

* Fully verified business foundation
* Complete documentation package
* Clean, consistent NAP across all records

**Requirements:**

* Experience with U.S. business compliance
* Understanding of lender fundability requirements
* Strong attention to detail

**Timeline per Client:**

* 1–3 days maximum
