The role requires discretion, emotional/social judgment, and careful communication. This is not a normal social media VA role and not a spammy growth-hacking role.

I’m looking for someone who can help with multi-platform strategy, messaging, profile/image presentation, community research, and lead organization.

The goal is to build a more consistent presence across multiple channels while making the profile feel human, warm, trustworthy, and discreet.

Main tasks would include researching Facebook groups, niche platforms, Instagram, and other possible channels; understanding group dynamics before posting; helping with profile positioning and image strategy; drafting posts, captions, and messages for review; organizing leads/messages; and suggesting ways to increase visibility without sounding spammy, desperate, defensive, or overly salesy.

Some communities can have hostile behavior or group politics, so I need someone who can help avoid unnecessary drama, keep the tone consistent, and know when to engage vs when not to.

You would not handle legal, medical, or highly sensitive conversations, and you would not reply to sensitive messages without approval.

Ideal candidate:

* Strong written English
* Good emotional/social judgment
* Discreet and comfortable with sensitive topics
* Proactive, but not reckless
* Able to research online communities before engaging
* Good eye for profile/image presentation
* Calm with group politics or hostile comments
* Organized enough to track leads, platforms, and follow-ups
* Experience with community management, online profiles, Canva/graphics, social media, client success, or PR is a plus

Best fit is someone warm, socially intelligent, proactive, careful, strategic, and organized. I want someone who can help create controlled, consistent visibility without making the profile feel fake, pushy, or off-brand.

Starting with a small paid test task first. If it’s a good fit, this can become ongoing part-time work.
