What You'll Be Doing

You'll work from our Trello board where pre-approved designs are queued. For each card, you'll:

1. Pull the design files and listing images from our Google Drive
2. Write the Amazon listing copy:
- Product title (~200 chars, following our title format)
- Five bullet points
- Product description
- Backend search terms (~250 chars)
3. Build the Amazon flat file with all 5 size variants (6", 12", 18", 24", 36") per design
4. Upload via Amazon Seller Central (Inventory ? Add Products via Upload)
5. Verify listings go live and update the Trello card status

- A backend keyword research database (real Amazon Brand Analytics data)
- All design files and product imagery
- Standard pricing and size structure

You provide:
- Reliability, attention to detail, and consistent volume
- Strong written English (US-style product copy)
- Ability to follow systems without needing constant re-explanation

Required Skills & Experience

- **2+ years building Amazon listings** (FBM specifically, since this is FBM, not FBA)
- **Hands-on flat file experience** — you should know what an inventory loader file looks like, how parent/child variations work, and how to handle backend keywords without errors
- **Brand Registry experience** — you've worked with Brand Analytics, A+ content, etc.
- **Amazon SEO fundamentals** — title optimization, keyword research, search relevance
- Comfort with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Trello
- Strong written English, preferably US-style

Nice to Have

- Experience in print-on-demand or made-to-order categories
- Background in arts/crafts/DIY product categories
- Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools (we use Amazon Brand Analytics natively, but adjacent experience is a plus)
- Prior work scaling catalogs from thousands to tens of thousands of SKUs

Time Commitment

- ~10-20 hours per week, flexible schedule
