Hiring: Client Success Manager

Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Manager to serve as the final bridge between our internal production team and our clients. This role is responsible for ensuring all deliverables are complete, polished, and clearly presented to the client.
In this role, you will work directly with a Graphic Designer who reports to you, ensuring all assets are created to standard, on time, and ready for client delivery.

Key Responsibilities
? Serve as the final delivery point for all client-facing materials
? Manage and coordinate with the Graphic Designer (direct report)
? Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure deadlines are met
? Review all assets before delivery to ensure they are:
? Complete
? Accurate
? Polished
? Client-ready

? Request revisions and provide feedback to the designer when needed
? Deliver final assets to clients in a clear and professional manner
? Act as the bridge between production and client communication
? Join client meetings (Zoom) when needed to present deliverables or provide updates
? Maintain tracking of deliverables and project status

Work Schedule
? Full-Time Position
? Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Manila Time)
Compensation
? Starting rate: $5/hour

Requirements
? Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
? Comfortable being client-facing, including joining Zoo ---------- etings
? Experience working with or managing creatives (Graphic Designers is a plus)
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Ability to review and critique visual/content assets
? Reliable, high-speed internet connection with backup
? Professional communication and presentation skills
