Website Production VA

We are an agency. We are looking for someone who can follow step by step guides for various workflows the agency owners are currently doing.

We need 1-2 detail-oriented VAs to help.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (per lead, ~30 min each):
- Manage data in Google sheet
- Execute step-by-step workflows
- Communicate via email and slack


WHAT YOU NEED:
- Strong written and spoken English
- A good eye for website design - you don't need to be a designer, but you need to be able to tell when a site looks beautiful vs. when it looks generic
- Comfort with web tools: Google Sheets, Gmail, Chrome extensions, drag-and-drop file uploads
- Reliable, fast internet (you'll be working in browser-based tools all day)
- Available to work US business hours overlap (at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern time)
- Detail-oriented and able to follow a written SOP precisely

YOU DO NOT NEED:
- Coding skills (zero code is required)
- Design software experience (no Figma, no Photoshop)
- Prior agency experience
