Customer Support Specialist Application – Fashion E-commerce

Thank you for your interest in joining our customer support team. We are a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand and are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist who can handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.

Role Overview
As part of our support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via Zendesk, assisting with order-related questions, managing returns and refunds, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will also communicate internally via ---------- and occasionally coordinate with suppliers when needed.

Required Experience

* Strong experience with Zendesk (ticket handling, macros, automation)
* Good understanding of Shopify (orders, tracking, product info, customer data)
* Experience in fashion e-commerce and/or dropshipping stores
* Comfortable working in a remote team environment using ----------
* Ability to handle high ticket volumes efficiently
