Reddit Community Manager / Reddit Growth Specialist

We are Reddit Marketing Agency helping B2B companies and agencies generate revenue from Reddit. We are a lean, founder-led team currently doing $50K in monthly revenue and growing fast. That means two things for you: your work has direct, visible impact on the business, and there is real room to grow into bigger roles as we scale.

You'll own day-to-day Reddit execution for our clients: creating posts and threads that rank in Google and get cited by ChatGPT, plus running client onboarding and review calls. You'll work directly under our Head of Reddit / Operations Manager and focus on shipping work, not setting strategy.

What you'll do

Write and publish Reddit content (posts, comments, threads) for client campaigns
Optimize that content to rank in Google and earn citations in ChatGPT / AI Overviews
Research subreddits, transactional keywords, and ranking opportunities before publishing
Run client onboarding calls set expectations, get inputs, kick off the engagement
Run recurring client review calls walk clients through rankings, traffic, wins, and next steps
Track performance and report results back to clients in a clean, repeatable format
Flag risks (removals, mod actions, account issues) to the Head of Reddit

What we're looking for

Active Reddit user who understands subreddit culture, rules, and the difference between content that gets upvoted vs. removed
Strong written English you can write like a real Redditor, not a marketer
Comfortable on video calls with B2B clients (onboardings and reviews)
Working knowledge of how Google ranks Reddit threads and what makes content quotable by ChatGPT

Bonus: experience with Reddit account warm-up, removal recovery, or keyword-ranking projects
