Diamond Art Club is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer Arts & Crafts brand based in Miami, loved by hundreds of thousands of customers across the US and beyond. Our diamond painting kits have been featured everywhere from Today Show gift guides to viral TikTok unboxings — and our customers are passionate.

We're looking for long-term Customer Service Agents to join our fully remote Philippines team. You'll be the voice (and the vibe) behind every email, live chat, and Facebook Messenger conversation.

What you'll do

Respond to customers across email, live chat, and Messenger with warmth and clarity
Troubleshoot order issues, answer product questions, and turn frustrated customers into happy ones
Maintain a professional, friendly tone — even when conversations get tricky
Collaborate with a small, supportive team that has your back

What we're looking for

Proven track record in customer service (email/chat preferred)
Excellent written English — clear, natural, and typo-free
Strong judgment and the ability to think on your feet
Comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once without dropping the ball
Willing to work the graveyard shift (10 PM – 6 AM Manila time)
Typing speed of 80+ WPM
Stable internet: 50 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload minimum
Bonus points if you have: Shopify and/or Gorgias experience (helpful but absolutely not required — we'll train you)
