Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. Your main responsibility will be reaching out to potential leads, introducing our services, and setting appointments for our team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads
Introduce services clearly and professionally
Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate notes and updates in the system

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
Strong English communication skills with a clear speaking voice
Confident, persuasive, and professional on the phone
Ability to handle objections and rejections
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Nice to Have:

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Background in real estate, healthcare, or service-based industries
