We need a fast, high-level video editor who understands viral short-form content and AI workflows.
This is not a basic editing role. You must think like a performance marketer, not just an editor.
What You'll Do
----------------------
- Edit TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Create high-CTR videos with strong hooks (first 1-3 seconds)
- Use AI tools to generate UGC clips and B-roll
- Test multiple variations (hooks, pacing, angles)
- Follow trends and adapt quickly
- Work with a fast-moving media buying team
Required Skills
----------------------
- Daily use of AI tools (Higgsfield, OpenArt, Veo, Kling, etc.)
- Strong CapCut skills (Premiere/AE is a plus)
- Understand what makes videos go viral
- Know how to improve CTR and retention
- Experience with short-form content (TikTok/Shorts/Reels)
What We Want

Schedule
----------------------
- 5 days per week
- MUST work Saturday + Sunday
- Remaining 3 days are flexible (your days off are during the week)
