We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to help run the day-to-day backend of a fast-growing mobile service business.
This role is responsible for managing our CRM, scheduling jobs, coordinating team members, handling inbound/outbound communication, and keeping operations running smoothly.
You will work directly with the owner to execute systems, improve workflows, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a long-term role with growth potential into operations management.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage CRM (job tracking, client communication, follow-ups)
Schedule jobs and optimize daily routes
Coordinate technicians and job assignments
Handle customer communication (calls, texts, confirmations)
Maintain and improve internal systems and workflows
Assist with hiring coordination and team communication
Track job completion, payments, and reports
General executive assistant tasks as needed
