Job Overview
We are a fast-growing English learning company helping young students (K–2) build confidence in speaking English.
We are looking for energetic, patient, and friendly English tutors who enjoy working with children and can create a fun learning environment.
This is a long-term opportunity with consistent students and growth potential.

What You’ll Do
Teach 1:1 or small group online English sessions (25–30 minutes)
Focus on speaking and confidence, not grammar-heavy lessons
Follow simple lesson structures (we provide materials)
Encourage students to speak, repeat, and express themselves
Provide basic feedback after sessions
Build positive relationships with students

Who We’re Looking For
We want tutors who are:
Friendly, energetic, and patient
Comfortable teaching young learners (ages 5–8)
Clear and easy to understand when speaking English
Reliable and punctual
Positive and encouraging

Requirements
Good spoken English (clear accent, easy for kids to understand)
Stable internet connection
Quiet teaching environment
Webcam and headset
Available for consistent schedule

Preferred (Not Required)
Teaching experience (ESL or kids)
Experience with Total Physical Response (TPR)
Experience using props, gestures, or visuals

Work Schedule
Part-time (10–30 hours/week)
Must be available during:
Korea peak hours (evenings KST)
Flexible scheduling based on student demand

Compensation
$4–$6 USD/hour starting
Performance bonuses based on:
Student retention
Parent feedback
Session quality
