Remote Outreach & Client Support Coordinator (Healthcare)
Part-time – 25 hours/week (5 hours/day, Mon–Fri)

We are a growing mental health practice seeking a reliable, mature, and professional tea ---------- mber to support outreach, communication, and client coordination. You will represent our brand in conversations with organizations and individuals, so strong communication skills and good judgment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reach out to organizations and partners (email, phone, and video calls)
* Post and manage content on social media platforms
* Respond to support emails in a timely and professional manner
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
* Communicate clearly with potential clients and partners
* Maintain organized records of outreach and responses

Requirements:

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Comfortable speaking on phone and video calls
* Professional, calm, and confident communication style
* Able to handle sensitive or complex conversations
* Organized and reliable
* Experience in outreach, customer support, or healthcare is a plus
