JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Online Customer Support Representative to join our team and help us provide top-notch service to our customers. As a key member of our e-commerce company, you’ll be the go-to person for addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information and assist customers.
Resolve any issues, complaints, or concerns related to orders, products, or services.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.

Qualifications:

English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable using e-commerce platforms and customer service tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries at once.
