**Overview**

We are hiring a fast, reliable **appointment setter** to handle inbound leads coming from our social media and online community.

You will NOT be closing deals.

Your only job is to:
? Start conversations
? Qualify leads
? Get them booked on a call

All leads are warm. No cold outreach.

**What You’ll Do**

* Respond to inbound messages (DMs, community members, etc.)
* Start natural, engaging conversations
* Ask the right questions to qualify prospects
* Guide qualified leads to book a call using our scheduling link
* Follow up with leads who don’t book immediately

**Who We’re Looking For**

* Experience in appointment setting, chat sales, or lead qualification
* Strong written English (this role is heavily chat-based)
* Comfortable guiding conversations toward a call
* Fast responder (ideally within a few minutes)
* Organized and consistent with follow-ups
* Commission-driven mindset

**Compensation**

* **$200/month base salary**
* **Commission per booked call**
* Bonus for high-quality bookings / show-up rates
* Paid weekly (commission+ base)
