Finance & Admin Executive

We're a fast growing ecommerce company and we need someone to own the financial admin side of the business so the founder doesn't have to think about it.
What you'll own
Sending wire transfers and payments to suppliers and fulfillment partners on time
Tracking and processing team salaries every month
Keeping records of every payment in and out of the business
Reconciling transactions in Xero regularly
Managing invoices from vendors and agencies
Flagging any payment issues or discrepancies before they become a problem
Keeping the founder informed on cash position and upcoming payments
What we're looking for
Young, hungry, and eager to grow with the business
Strong command of English, written and verbal
Comfortable working with numbers, this is a numbers heavy role
Has handled business payments and transfers before
Detail oriented, one missed payment or wrong number causes real problems
Trustworthy and discreet, you'll have access to sensitive financial information
Proactive communicator, we don't want to chase you for updates
Ecommerce experience is a plus but not mandatory
What we're not looking for
Someone who needs constant supervision
Someone who has only done personal bookkeeping
Someone who disappears when there's a problem
Compensation
$1,000/month.
