CT Creative Media is a creative marketing agency based in West Palm Beach, Florida, specializing in high-quality video production, photography, content creation, Social Media Management and Ads for restaurants, hotels, construction comapnies and various other brands. We’ve worked with over 20 businesses, creating viral, engaging content that drives results. Our team of talented professionals includes experts in video editing, photography, graphic design, social media and more—working together to deliver show-stopping visuals and strategies for our clients.

We’re currently seeking a **Part-Time Social Media Manager** to join our team, working specifically with another Social Media Manager and current / new clients. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the agency owner while having a direct impact on a client’s online presence.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook and other platforms using ---------- (REQUIRED).
- Use ChatGPT to help create engaging captions with proper grammar and tone.
- Design graphics in Canva.
- Occasionally edit short-form content using CapCut or other software you may have.
- Research relevant social media trends to keep content ideas fresh and competitive.
- Monitor and encourage engagement on Instagram (likes, comments, shares, DMs).
- Maintain a positive, professional, and fun brand voice.
- Collaborate as a team player while working independently on assigned tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal AND by using Google Chat on their phone.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent English writing skills (use Chat GPT to confirm grammar).
- Tech-savvy with strong skills in: Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ads, Rella, Canva, CapCut, and ChatGPT
- Comfortable working in: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Chat, Gmail).
- Ability to create content that is visually appealing and on-brand. We will send you new footage and we also have Video Editor on our team who will help edit so you focus mostly on scheduling on Loomly and posting stories manually.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience doing marketing for / with construction companies.

**About the Role**
- Part-Time
- Reports to: other Social Media Manager and Owner.
- Hours: minimum of 4 per business day (Monday-Friday)
- Paid via Wise weekly on Thursday.
