Virtual Assistant — E-Commerce Data Entry

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a small, growing e-commerce operation looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to support our day-to-day online selling activities. This is a fully remote, entry-level position focused on data entry and product listing tasks across online platforms.

No prior e-commerce experience is required — we will train the right person. What we cannot train is work ethic. We are looking for someone who shows up, stays focused, and takes pride in doing the job right.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Enter and organize product information accurately across online selling platforms
- Research product details such as titles, descriptions, pricing, and categories
- Maintain consistent listing quality and formatting standards
- Follow detailed daily workflows and checklists provided by the owner
- Communicate task updates and flag any issues in a timely manner
- Complete a set volume of tasks per day with a high level of accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

- Conversational English — written and spoken well enough to understand instructions and communicate clearly
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection
- Comfortable working with online tools, browsers, and basic spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed
- Able to follow instructions precisely and consistently
- Committed to showing up every day and completing assigned work without constant supervision

SCHEDULE & PAY

- Pay: $3.00 USD per hour
- Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Shift: 9AM to 5PM (your local timezone — US hours not required)
