About the Role
We are a growing company looking for a sharp, results-driven Virtual Assistant who excels in outbound sales and closing. This is a pivotal role where you will drive our sales pipeline and convert leads into booked appointments.
Your primary mission: engage daily with cold and warm leads, handle objections, secure appointments, and manage sales operations inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
We need a true salesperson — not just an administrator. This is a long-term opportunity for a proactive professional to become a key tea
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Closing (Primary Focus)
Make 75–100+ outbound calls daily to cold leads
Confidently follow up with and close warm leads for appointments
Handle objections, articulate value, and qualify prospects effectively
Support and participate in internal sales calls via Google Meet / Zoom
CRM & Workflow Management (GoHighLevel REQUIRED)
Fully manage our GHL CRM: update pipelines, contacts, notes, tags, and stages
Execute and monitor follow-up sequences via SMS,
Ensure impeccable data hygiene and workflow accuracy
Appointment & Administrative Support
Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments
Assist with social media scheduling (Instagram, TikTok)
Complete daily administrative tasks (CRM cleanup, follow-up coordination, etc.)
Who You Are (Requirements)
Sales Closer: Proven experience not just in appointment setting, but in closing leads over the phone. Persuasive and results-oriented.
GHL Expert (Non-Negotiable): Extensive, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is required. Please do not apply without this.
Excellent English Speaker: Clear, fluent, and confident spoken English — critical for client-facing communication.
Confident Communicator: Exceptionally comfortable on the phone, handling rejection, and turning conversations into opportunities.
Organized & Reliable: You follow systems meticulously, manage your own pipeline, and are highly proactive.
Professional Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, professional-quality headset, quiet workspace, and comfortable on camera for internal meetings.
Performance-Driven: You thrive with clear targets and enjoy earning commission based on your success.
