We're looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Manager & Designer to build and grow our yoga studio's online presence. You'll be responsible for the look, feel, and strategy of our social channels by creating content, directing on-site teams for footage, and making sure everything we post is polished and on-brand.
- What You'll Do
Manage and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Stay ahead of trends on TikTok & reels and identify opportunities to adapt them to our brand in a way that feels intentional, not forced
Build and maintain a content calendar.
Write captions, hooks, and copy that match our brand voice
Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on what's working
Invite influencers & think of marketing/ strategy ideas
- Content Direction & Design
Create graphics, reels covers, stories, and promotional assets with a clean, elevated aesthetic
Brief on-site assistants on exactly what footage or photos you need and review what they send before it goes anywhere
Edit and repurpose raw content into polished, publishable posts
Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and locations
- Marketing & Strategy
Bring proactive ideas for campaigns, launches, seasonal promotions, and collaborations
Identify growth opportunities like partnerships, trending sounds, community engagement
Support class and package promotions with timely, well-designed content
- What We're Looking For
A strong, demonstrable eye for aesthetic — elevated, cohesive, not generic
Deep familiarity with TikTok trends and how to apply them strategically
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar)
Ability to direct others for content capture without being on-site yourself
Self-directed and proactive — you bring ideas, you don't wait to be told what to post
Experience managing social media for a lifestyle, wellness, or hospitality brand is a strong plus
