Graphic designer and Hand Artist (NO CANVA)

We are looking for a graphic designer who is also an artist, who can create from scratch. We need an artist for large projects that may need to draw by hand and create raw designs on photoshop and illustrator. We are a branding company that does Branding packages as well as Murals. Please do not apply with out experience in illustrator AND Photoshop.
