This role is a combination of digital marketing and graphic design tasks, including WordPress development.

Who We Are:

We are a small marketing agency in Florida that runs an online and offline advertising business involving B2B and B2B activities. We need a reliable assistant to help set-up and help manage the business tasks each month.

Job Duties:

Here are the major weekly tasks you will be responsible for:

?Graphic design expertise (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Canva) - You need to be able to create/edit graphics for web/social media and create print marketing media, including postcards, coupons, flyers, etc.

? WordPress website design - Must be able to design and manage WordPress websites. You will build and help manage WordPress websites, including a local business directory website. We use/start with themes or 3rd party platforms.

- Comfortable in PHP for theme and plugin customization.
- Solid HTML and CSS, basic JavaScript for tracking and interactions.

? SEO/SEM - perform initial SEO best practices and create/manage SEO campaigns (and report monthly results)

? Video creation/editing - You will need to create videos and edit videos utilizing numerous platforms (you can use your favorite platforms)

? Social Media Management - research, create content/graphics/videos and report results for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

? Online Advertising - you should be reasonably experience and knowledgable with Google Ads, Facebook advertising, Instagram and LinkedIn ads (research, create content/graphics/videos and report results)

Compensation

$100+/weekly USD to start, paid on a bi-monthly cycle. After the first month, you may be offered an ownership share of the advertising business to manage it each month. Monthly pay will increase each month with goal of increasing salary 10 fold!
