The Role
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• VMS Management: Daily use of systems like Medefis and others.
• Clinician Support: Being the go-to contact for nurses and allied health pros.

Requirements
• Healthcare Experience: Must have a background in healthcare recruiting.
• VMS Expertise: Direct experience with VMS platforms is required.
• Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Environment: You enjoy a fast-paced, high-volume workflow.

Details
• Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Location: 100% Remote.
