Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to support the growth of our serviced accommodation management business. The role will focus on sourcing new property opportunities, engaging with landlords, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

This is a key role in helping us expand our portfolio by connecting with private landlords and converting leads into booked calls.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and contact private landlords via property platforms (e.g. Rightmove, OpenRent, SpareRoom, Gumtree)
Use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to find potential landlords
Send tailored messages introducing our serviced accommodation management services
Follow up with leads consistently
Communication & Booking
Respond promptly to landlord enquiries and messages
Build rapport and maintain professional communication
Qualify leads and assess suitability
Book calls directly into the director’s calendar
Admin Support
Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheets/CRM
Organise contact lists and outreach activity
Assist with general admin tasks as required
Keep records of conversations and progress
Requirements
Strong written English and communication skills
Confident using social media and online platforms
Previous experience in virtual assistance, sales, or property (preferred but not essential)
Highly organised and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience in serviced accommodation or property management
Familiarity with CRM systems
Sales or lead generation experience
Working Hours

Flexible, part-time initially (with potential to increase as the business grows)

Pay

To be discussed depending on experience (hourly rate or performance-based incentives available)

Success will be measured by:

Number of qualified leads generated
Number of calls booked
Quality of communication with landlords
