We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented content operations specialist to help manage and execute our multi-platform content system. This is not a “post random content and hope it performs” role — we are focused on consistency, clarity, and using content to generate strategy conversations and booked calls.
You will be working directly inside an established content workflow. We create the content and messaging direction — your role is to ensure everything is professionally executed, published on time, and distributed correctly across platforms.
We are not focused on virality. We are focused on precision, consistency, and content that supports long-term business growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and execute social media posting across platforms using GoHighLevel (primary scheduling system)
Ensure consistent publishing cadence across all channels
Upload, optimize, and manage YouTube content (titles, descriptions, scheduling, organization)
Edit weekly podcast episodes for publishing (clean cuts, audio clarity, basic structure)
Edit instructional and talking-head business videos for distribution
Repurpose long-form content into platform-ready assets when direction is provided
Maintain consistency in formatting, branding, and posting standards across all channels
Ensure content is published accurately and on schedule without oversight
What Success Looks Like:
Content is consistently published without reminders
YouTube channel is organized, active, and professionally maintained
Podcast episodes are delivered cleanly and on schedule
Social media is consistently active with correctly formatted posts
Minimal back-and-forth required — execution is reliable and proactive
Required Experience:
Strong experience in social media content scheduling and execution
Experience using GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/scheduling platforms at a high level)
Proven video editing experience (podcast and/or talking-head content preferred)
Experience managing YouTube channels (uploads, optimization, publishing workflow)
Ability to manage recurring content workflows independently
High attention to detail and consistency
Strong Plus (Not Required):
Experience working with coaches, consultants, or online education businesses
Understanding of YouTube SEO and packaging (titles, thumbnails, retention basics)
Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
Experience repurposing long-form content into multiple short-form assets
