Peninsula Insurance Services is hiring a Remote Receptionist / Customer Service Tea
You’ll begin by answering inbound calls, helping clients, scheduling appointments, and keeping communication flowing smoothly. As you learn our systems and processes, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a larger customer service role over time.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver excellent service to clients and prospects
Manage inbound calls and voi
Document communications in our systems accurately
Relay messages and inquiries to the appropriate tea
Help process payments, policy changes, and service requests
Send insurance documents to clients and related parties
Support day-to-day non-licensed customer service tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service experience
- Clear spoken and written English
- Calm under pressure when phones are busy
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Laptop or desktop setup (dual monitors preferred)
- Available Monday through Friday during US business hours
What We Offer:
- Starting pay of $150 to $200 per week based on experience, paid every Friday
