Phone Closer

We are a fast-growing junk removal and cleanout service looking for a motivated closer to convert incoming leads into booked jobs.

This is a commission-only role: you earn 10% of every job you close. No cap on earnings.

What you’ll do:

* Respond quickly to inbound leads (phone/text/email)
* Follow up with homeowners, landlords, and property managers
* Close junk removal, cleanout, and light demolition jobs
* Schedule appointments for pickup crews
* Handle objections and price conversations confidently

What we provide:

* Warm leads (no cold prospecting required)
* Simple service offering (junk removal, estate cleanouts, eviction cleanouts, garage/basement cleanouts)
* Fast scheduling system for same/next-day jobs
* Support and clear pricing structure

What we’re looking for:

* Strong phone communication skills
* Ability to close deals without being pushy
* Reliable follow-up discipline
* Experience in sales, appointment setting, or home services preferred but not required

Compensation:

* 10% commission per closed job
* Example: $500 job = $50 to you
* Higher-value cleanouts = higher payouts
* Earnings scale directly with performance

If you can close, you can earn daily. This is a performance-based opportunity with real upside for someone who takes ownership of their results.
