About the Role:
I run a video marketing company in Northeast Ohio that works exclusively with home service contractors — roofers, HVAC, and plumbers. I need a detail-oriented VA to handle Facebook prospecting and first-touch DM outreach on my behalf.
This is a focused, repeatable role. You will find qualifying contractor businesses in my target area, add them to a tracking spreadsheet, and send templated DMs I’ve already written. Full SOP and templates are provided — no guesswork.
What You’ll Do:
• Research and build a prospect list of contractors on Facebook daily
• Send first-touch DMs using provided templates (light personalization required)
• Track all activity in a shared spreadsheet
• Flag warm responses to me immediately — you never continue the conversation
What I’m Looking For:
• Strong written English
• Experience with Facebook and social media platforms
• Detail-oriented and can follow a process precisely
• Comfortable with repetitive research tasks
• Reliable daily availability for 1-2 hours
Hours: 5-10 hrs/week to start with room to grow
Pay: $5-$7/hr depending on experience
