Immediate Job Opening: Character/Graphic Designer

Our company currently requires assistance from a

to help grow the business. }

We are looking for a reliable person to work side by side with as we grow and expand the business .

This is a role that fosters a Long-Term Relationship with on-going work, and is NOT a onetime web project.

The ideal candidate will be working directly with me and will be assisting in the following types of tasks:

Game/Cartoon Character Graphic Design (Main Responsibility – Required!)
- Game / Comic / Story / Character Design
- Ability to envision possible characters and bring them to ‘life’
- Ability to follow instructions and create Characters
- Ability to express emotions and actions in designs
- Ability to create character designs in Vector Graphic

*E.g. characters would be similar to ‘Pokemon’ Game characters
*Please do NOT apply if you cannot accomplish the ‘Required Tasks’

Web Design Assistance (Sub Responsibility / Optional):
- Web-site & Blog Designs
- Graphic & Logo Designs
- Twitter and YouTube Background Designs
- Facebook Pages / Fan Pages Designs
- Banner Designs
- Creating Vector Images from actual photos
- Other miscellaneous design projects

Virtual assistance (Sub responsibility):
- Research on latest web design developments and news

**No programming skills is needed for this position

Training on our company’s processes will be provided and specialization training might be provided based on proficiency and capabilities of the candidate.

This position requires good English verbal skills for conversing and good English written skills for communication.

Ideal candidate MUST be able to access good and stable internet connections from their work venue (e.g. home) and must also be able to communicate through an online virtual phone system (Skype is preferred and can be used for free.)


Most importantly the ideal candidate MUST have a great, positive, CAN DO attitude and a willingness to learn and serve team members and clients. We love to treat our personnel as team members rather than simply employees so we only want positive individuals on team.

Work wise, we tend to focus on results and speed of work and of course quality. The priority is that
the task is completed on time and that the work is done well.

We also practice awarding monetary bonuses for great work done. When a person deserves to be rewarded, we do not hesitate to do so. (Of course the individual must first prove his/her loyalty and responsibility to the company)

Terms:
- Ideal candidate MUST be available to work 5 or 6 days per week

- Business hours are generally 9am-6pm Singapore local Time (GMT+8) [Negotiable per 9 hr period]

- Current Business Times can be negotiated (Possible Half Day work for Part Timers)

- Candidate MUST be online and accessible via phone or instant message (Skype) during confirmed business hours and responsive to myself and possible clients.

- Compensation will depend on experience and skills and be further discussed on our Skype Call
