Role:
You generate 30 booked sales calls per month with US real estate agencies.
That’s the job. Not “activities.” Not “effort.” Booked meetings.

How:
Cold call daily using Apollo (build, test, scale campaigns)
Prospect your own leads (Apollo, Apify)
Experiment relentlessly (new angles, new scripts)
Own your numbers (reply rate ? booked calls ? show-ups)

You’ll Fit If:
You’ve done outbound and handled rejection at scale
You can talk to US clients and have a neutral or a US accent
You don’t wait for scripts/leads
You care about conversion rates, not just calling volume

You Won’t Fit If:
You need daily micromanagement
You think “I made 200 calls” = success

What is present already?
Tools required to do the job (Apollo, Dialer, Apify)
Details on offer, ICP, market, etc.
Learnings from sales experiments done over the past 2 months
Leading indicators on what is working on calls
