Full-Time Video Editor & AI Content Specialist

About the role:
We run a fast-growing AI avatar content agency producing short-form videos across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. We're scaling fast and need one editor who is hungry, fast, and can grind out high-quality AI avatar videos every single day without being managed.

This is not a casual role. High output, fast turnaround, and self-sufficiency are the minimum standard here.

What you'll do:
- Produce 3–5 polished AI avatar videos per day
- Create both product and growth content from provided scripts
- Generate base images and animate them using Nano Banana Pro + Grok Imagine
- Self-review your work before submitting — no half-finished videos
- Collaborate with a small remote team via ----------

- You have experience with AI avatar content creation
- You can produce 3+ polished videos per day consistently
- You figure things out independently without constant guidance
- You're available full-time and communicate proactively
- You treat your work like your own business

- You need step-by-step instructions for every task
- You produce 1–2 videos per day and consider that full output
- You go quiet for days without communication
