Virtual Assistant

I am a gay man who is a coach for gay men with crystal meth addiction. I need an assistant who can edit 3-4 reels per day and schedule them, and monitor their engagement. I need someone who can design as well and help me with paid ads. I have lots of other administrative tasks as well such as reaching out to bookstores and other organizations to find speaking opportunities for me.
