This role is ideal for someone who is creative, strategic, and detail-oriented, and excited to work closely with designers to improve content performance through clear insights, testing, and audience-focused messaging.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Plan, write, and execute
- Create and optimize website copy, landing pages, product descriptions, and other on-site content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visuals aligned with campaigns.
- Analyze
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve content and campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve messaging, tone, and overall content effectiveness.
- Analyze website behavior and implement content-driven CRO strategies to improve conversions on landing pages, product pages, and key funnels.

Requirements
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm PH time)
- Remote position
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret content performance data to make informed decisions
- Able to explain insights to non-technical teammates
- Organized, self-directed, execution-focused, and able to work independently
Nice To Have (but not required)
- Experience with Klaviyo or other
- Experience with Shopify or website analytics
- Experience in content marketing or CRM/CRO for DTC brands
- Familiarity with user behavior analytics, heatmaps, or funnel optimization
