Need Customer Support for Shopify Store

I need someone to respond to customer support emails online. There will be 5-30 emails a day. I am looking for someone with good english, or someone that can use AI to make their english better.

I will give a few default responses and actions depending on the questions. I am looking for someone that has some experience in this field. I assume the job is around 1-2 hours a day.

You will get access to my customer support emails, and my shopify store.

For example: If someone needs to cancel their subscription, they will email you, you will then need to go to the shopify store, find their subscription then cancel it. Then you will need to email them it was cancelled.

Or someone will say I only got part of my order, you will figure out what they are missing, and process a reshipment with the items they are missing.

Or if someone wants a refund, you will show them how to return their order.

There are other things im missing but this is the jist.
