Front-End Web Designer / Developer (Parallax + 3D Scroll Experience)

Hi, we are hiring for a gig based to work with our word master to create a high end parallax effect. You must be comfortable working in a Team setting to create an epic finished project.

Overview:

We’re looking for a designer-developer hybrid to execute a high-end, visually immersive website experience. This is not a template build. This is a custom, interaction-driven homepage designed to feel cinematic, modern, and brand-forward.

This project requires someone who understands motion, depth, and user experience, not just layout.

Project Scope (Milestone 1): Homepage Build

* Custom homepage design + development (WordPress or compatible CMS)
* Parallax scrolling sections (multi-layer depth)
* 3D or pseudo-3D scroll interactions (smooth, responsive)
* High-end transitions and micro-interactions
* Mobile optimization without breaking experience integrity
* Performance-conscious implementation (no laggy builds)


What We’re Looking For:

* Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
* Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Three.js, WebGL, or similar)
* Ability to translate design references into functional interactions
* Understanding of pacing, motion, and visual hierarchy
* Clean, scalable code (not patched-together plugins)

+ You will be working with a Tea ---------- mber who you must report to.

Important Note (Read Carefully):
Some of the reference sites include advanced 3D scroll behavior. Please let us know what level you are able to get as close to this.

Deliverables:

* Fully functional homepage
* Smooth scroll + interaction experience
* Clean handoff or documentation for future scaling
