We’re looking for a Property Management Assistant to support our Property Management team.
This role is responsible for supporting day to day operations by coordinating communication, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and assisting the team to deliver a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.
You’ll work closely with our Australian team to keep processes running smoothly and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Working Hours and Setup:
-Full time role
-8.30 am to 5.30 pm AEST with a one hour break
-Work from home
-Two monitors required
-Stable high speed internet required
Key Resposibilities:
-Ensure the Customer Service & investment/landlord/tenant journey of our clients is to a superior standard.
-Advise tea
-Generate, maintain & record all communication, documents, leases, contracts & notices via PropertyMe and Apptracker.
-Always adhere to tenancy legislation - advise clients accordingly - do not act outside legislation under any circumstances.
-Complete all responsibilities within legislation timeframes and ensure compliance in relation to all Property management matters.
-Request & record all instructions in writing within the preferred PM system prior to taking any action.
-Complete all responsibilities in accordance with the policies and procedures of the property management Department.
-Ensure all written communication takes place within the PM CRM (PropertyMe).
-Ensure all instructions are received in writing before action is taken.
-Support other departmental staff as required.
-Always maintain data and compliance to the highest level.
-Generate reports relating to clients investment property for improving rental returns with property improvements.
-While performing his/her duties, the EMPLOYEE shall learn and observe best practices in the appropriate endeavour.
-Perform any other job that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior, and/or other officers of the EMPLOYER.
-Ensure the harmonious relationship between officers of the EMPLOYER and co-employees in carrying out the job assigned.
-Strictly observe company rules, regulations and policies, of the Client (including but not limited to the Client's Code of Ethics), and observe proper decorum at all times.
Required Experience and Skills:
-2 years' Experience working in a similar role
-Ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines
-Likes to be part of team, though can work autonomously
-High level of attention to detail
-Motivated self-starter with proven initiative
-Strong written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
-High level of problem solving
-Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
-Ability to provide support to other tea
