We’re looking for a specialized, technical professional to support high-stakes healthcare construction projects in the U.S. This is not a general administrative role; we need someone who understands how buildings are put together, specifically regarding mechanical systems and healthcare standards.
Type: Part-time (Remote)
Terms: Long-term, Paid biweekly via Wise
Standards: No time trackers—we hire for results, detail, and extreme ownership.

Your Role Includes:
MEP & Design Coordination: Reviewing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings to identify clashes and ensure coordination with architectural plans.
Healthcare Compliance: Reviewing project sets against FGI Guidelines and coordinating requirements for complex medical equipment (clearances, utility connections, etc.).
Pre-Construction Support: Partnering with our US-based Estimator to “interrogate” bid sets—finding gaps, missing scopes, and identifying risks before they hit the field.
Project Documentation: Managing technical RFIs, submittals, and drawing logs.
Technical Communication: Bridging the gap between the design team and the field, ensuring technical instructions are clear and actionable.

You’ll thrive if you:
Have a Technical Background: You likely have a degree or experience in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
Speak the Language of MEP: You can navigate a 100-page drawing set and know exactly where to look for system conflicts.
Understand Healthcare Complexity: You are familiar with (or can rapidly master) healthcare-specific requirements like clinical flow and equipment backing.
Are an Expert Communicator: Fluent English is a must, as you will be summarizing complex technical issues for project owners.
Are Obsessively Organized: You enjoy building systems that prevent errors and keep timelines on track.
