Experienced Appointment Setter (Full-Time | US CPA Firm | EST Hours)

Job Overview
Accuwise is a growing CPA firm based in Sarasota, Florida, and we are looking for experienced appointment setters to join our team.

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments directly for our Sales Manager for our accounting and tax services. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, results-driven, and experienced in service-based sales.

This is a full-time, long-term position with consistent hours and growth potential.

Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
-Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, messages, form submissions)
-Qualify prospects based on our criteria
-Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Manager
-Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and email
-Maintain accurate records in CRM
-Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
-Communicate clearly with internal team regarding lead status

Requirements:
-Proven experience as an appointment setter (required)

-Experience in service-based industries (financial services, insurance, real estate, etc. preferred)

-Strong English communication skills (neutral accent, confident speaking)

-Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily

-Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills

-Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural

-Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

-Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice to Have:

Experience in accounting, tax, or financial services
Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Sales or closing experience
Experience working with US-based clients

Work Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (fixed hours)
