This position supports two active sales campaigns that run on a full monthly rotation. You will spend one entire month (four weeks straight) focused exclusively on Campaign 1, then the following entire month (four weeks straight) focused exclusively on Campaign 2. Campaigns alternate month to month until further notice. Depending on how well a campaign performs, we may choose to remain on it for an additional month — this will be determined and communicated to you in advance. If any other change or switch is needed at any point, you will be informed ahead of time. All scripts, contact lists, email templates, and links for both campaigns will be provided to you in advance.

You will be reaching out to video production companies, post-production studios, music video companies, digital agencies, and entertainment studios nationwide to introduce Malibu Slimm Films' AI-generated special effects and video production services.

### ???? CAMPAIGN 2 — AI Virtual Real Estate Staging
**One Full Month (4 Weeks Straight)**

You will be reaching out to real estate agents, brokers, and real estate agencies nationwide to introduce Malibu Slimm Films' AI virtual staging services — digitally transforming empty or outdated property photos and videos into fully staged, photorealistic listings that help agents sell homes faster.

**Important:** All contact lists, phone scripts, email templates, portfolio links, and campaign materials for both campaigns will be fully provided by the company. You will never need to research your own leads or create your own content for either campaign. You simply follow the system provided.

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and personable Virtual Assistant/Phone Caller to represent Malibu Slimm Films LLC across two active outreach campaigns targeting video production companies and real estate professionals nationwide.

You will be calling on behalf of our Founder, Jonathan Slack, to introduce our services, build relationships with decision-makers, and generate leads. You will alternate between campaigns every two weeks — full details, scripts, and contact lists for both are provided.

This is not a high-pressure sales job. This is relationship-building and introduction work. You will be given full phone scripts, call trackers, pre-researched contact lists, email templates, and all necessary links — everything you need to succeed from day one with zero guesswork.

## What You Will Do

- Make a minimum of 20 outbound calls per day to production companies and studios using the provided contact list — all contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses will be provided to you by the company
- Follow a professional phone script provided by the company — no need to create your own material
- Introduce Malibu Slimm Films' AI video production and special effects services to Heads of Production, Executive Producers, and Line Producers
- Navigate gatekeepers professionally and reach decision-makers
- Leave compelling voicemails when contacts are unavailable
- Send a follow-up email within 5 minutes of every call — all email templates, portfolio links, demo reel links, and company materials will be provided to you; you will simply insert the contact's name and send
- Send outbound introduction emails to the contact list in addition to phone calls — all email addresses and email content including links will be provided by the company
- Log every call and every email sent in the provided tracker (date, contact name, phone or email, result, follow-up date)
- Flag hot leads immediately so the founder can personally follow up
- Submit a daily activity report at the end of each shift covering total calls made, total emails sent, voicemails left, and leads generated

## What We're Looking For

**Required:**
- Clear, confident, and professional phone presence
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to business professionals
- Able to follow a script naturally without sounding robotic
- Strong organizational skills — you must log every call accurately
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Basic email proficiency (Gmail or similar)
- Self-motivated and consistent — you set your own pace within daily minimums

**Preferred (Not Required):**
- Previous experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or customer service
- Familiarity with the film, video production, or entertainment industry
- Experience with CRM tools or call log spreadsheets
- Bilingual a plus

## Compensation & Job Security

- **Hourly Rate:** $1.65 per hour starting rate
- **Hours:** 4 hours per day, 5–6 days per week
- **Weekly Earnings:** Approximately $33–$39.60 per week guaranteed
- **Commission Bonus:** Additional pay for every lead that converts into a signed contract
- **Performance-Based Pay Increases:** Your hourly rate will increase based on your performance, consistency, and results — the better you perform, the more you earn
- **This is a Permanent Position:** This is not a short-term gig. You are being hired for a stable, ongoing remote role that will run every month for the next 12 months minimum
- **Job Stability:** As long as you meet expectations, your position is secure for the full 12-month period — this is consistent, reliable work you can count on month after month
- **Payment Method:** To be discussed at time of offer (PayPal, Wise, Zelle, or direct deposit)
