## About Us

We are building two simultaneously growing businesses in the peptide telehealth and AI consulting space. Our first business is a peptide telehealth network and licensed provider platform connecting compounding pharmacies with medical spas across the United States. Our second business is an AI consulting agency serving medical spa owners — we build AI chatbots, booking automation, content systems, and growth infrastructure for aesthetic practices.

We are targeting $1M in revenue within 12 months across three revenue engines — telehealth subscriptions, medspa network memberships, and peptide distribution margins.

This is a ground floor opportunity. You will not be answering emails and scheduling meetings. You will be building a company alongside the founder and thinking like an owner every single day.

## Who We ARE Looking For

We need an operator. Someone who reads a goal and figures out how to get there. Someone who sees a problem before the founder does and solves it before being asked. Someone who thinks in systems, builds processes, and uses AI to multiply their output by 10x.

You must have hands-on experience with Claude AI specifically. Not just ChatGPT. We use Claude for content creation, business strategy, outreach writing, SOPs, and client communication. If you have never used Claude you will not succeed in this role.

You must think like a business owner — not an employee. Every task you complete should move us closer to revenue.

## Your Core Responsibilities

**AI Operations (Daily):**
- Use Claude AI to draft outreach emails, SOPs, content, client proposals, and scripts
- Use ChatGPT, ---------- , and Zapier to build automations that eliminate repetitive tasks
- Use GoHighLevel or HubSpot to manage all CRM pipelines
- Use HeyGen or Pictory to create AI-powered video content for Instagram
- Use Notion to build and maintain the company operating system
- Research and implement new AI tools that improve speed and output
- Report weekly on what was automated and how much time was saved

**Business Setup and Operations (Week 1–2):**
- Verify Michigan LLC status and organize all legal documents
- Set up complete Google Workspace including Gmail, Drive, and shared folders
- Build HubSpot CRM with pipelines for pharmacy partners, medspa leads, and telehealth patients
- Research and build a list of 50 medspas across Michigan and surrounding states with owner name, email, phone, and Instagram handle
- Research licensed 503B compounding pharmacies and compile provider account application requirements
- Build complete Notion operating system with SOPs, task trackers, contact databases, and weekly dashboards

**Pharmacy and Medspa Outreach (Week 2–4):**
- Send 10 personalized cold outreach emails daily to medspa owners using Claude-written templates
- Send 10 Instagram DMs daily to medspa owners using approved scripts
- Follow up with every lead on a structured schedule — day 3, day 7, day 14
- Track every conversation in HubSpot with notes, next steps, and follow-up dates
- Book discovery calls directly onto the founder's calendar using Calendly
- Apply for provider accounts at all target pharmacies

**AI Consulting Operations (Week 2 Ongoing):**
- Build AI chatbot demos using Voiceflow or Manychat for medspa prospects
- Research and document AI tools relevant to medspa operations
- Create client onboarding systems including welcome emails, shared folders, and 30-day deliverable timelines
- Build service menu one-pagers and proposal decks in Canva
- Develop and maintain a content library of approved scripts, captions, and email templates

**Telehealth Platform Support (Week 2 Ongoing):**
- Research HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms and compile feature and pricing comparisons
- Support patient intake process setup
- Build patient onboarding email sequences in GoHighLevel
- Track FDA regulatory updates on peptide reclassification
- Compile compliance resources including COA requirements and state-specific telehealth regulations

**Instagram and Content Operations (Daily):**
- Post one piece of content daily across both business accounts
- Write all captions using Claude AI in approved brand voice
- Use CapCut or HeyGen to create or edit video content
- Respond to all comments within 1 hour
- Send 10 DMs per day to targeted medspa owners
- Track follower growth, engagement rate, and DM response rate weekly
- Report content performance every Friday

## Compensation and Growth Path

**Starting:** $400–$500/month — 20 hours per week

**Day 31 — if targets are hit:**
- Promoted to full time Operations Manager
- 40 hours per week

**Task 2 — Research and CRM (1 hour)**
Find 10 medspas in Michigan with owner name, email, Instagram handle, and phone number. Enter all into HubSpot with a pipeline called "Medspa Outreach" with these stages: New Lead ? Contacted ? Call Scheduled ? Proposal Sent ? Closed Won.

**Task 3 — Notion Operating System (45 min)**
Build a Notion workspace with these sections: Pharmacy Partners, Medspa Pipeline, Telehealth Patients, Content Calendar, Weekly Tasks, and SOPs. Populate each with sample content.

**Task 4 — AI Video (15 min)**
Use HeyGen, Canva, or CapCut to create one 30-second video script and either record it or show the finished edit. Topic: "Why your medspa needs peptide therapy in 2026."
