Part-Time Sales Follow-Up VA for Auto Detailing Business

Role summary

We are hiring a part-time VA to help with lead follow-up, past-client reactivation, review follow-up, and simple sales/admin support for a mobile detailing and ceramic coating business. This is not a generic admin role. We need someone who is strong at communication, organized with follow-up, and capable of helping turn old conversations into booked work.

What you will do

- Reply to inbound leads by text and email
- Follow up leads that went cold
- Reach back out to past clients to get them rebooked
- Ask happy customers for reviews
- Update customer and lead status inside Fieldd CRM
- Flag hot leads that need owner attention
- After training, begin helping with phone follow-up

Nice to have

- Appointment setting experience
- Experience with local service businesses
- Experience with automotive detailing, home services, or similar businesses
- Experience using a CRM, Google Sheets, or lead tracking systems

Hours and structure

- Part-time to start then up to full time as demand increases
- About 15 to 20 hours per week
- Text and email first
- Phone follow-up later if the fit is strong

Pay

- $4 to $8 per hour depending on experience
- +$3 per booked job
- +$2 per review landed
