About the Role

We are Surge Marketing, a fast-growing US-based solar appointment setting company. We book qualified solar consultations for homeowners across multiple US states using a professional power dialer and CRM system.

We are hiring 10 outbound appointment setters to join our team immediately. This is a full-time remote role with real growth potential. Top performers earn bonuses (up to $500/month) and receive monthly pay raises as we scale.

What You Will Do

* Make outbound calls to US homeowners using our power dialer (Kixie)
* Follow our proven call script to qualify leads and book solar consultations
* Qualify homeowners based on three criteria: homeownership, credit score, and roof suitability
* Submit a daily report at the end of every shift
* Communicate with the team via Slack

Schedule

US hours: 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time
Monday to Saturday
This is approximately 10pm to 6am Philippine time
Must be comfortable working night shift

Requirements

* Clear spoken English: you will be speaking with US homeowners daily
* Stable internet connection, minimum 25 Mbps
* Quiet workspace and working headset
* Previous outbound calling or BPO experience preferred
* Available to start immediately
